At Exceed Robotics our goal is for students to improve and be motivated to participate in the program. We are proud to have over 95% retention rate within students up to term 9 and we strive to do better in order to have 100% of our students move up. This confidence enables us to offer full payment refund before and up to 4th session of any term under below circumstances:

Student will not continue within the program for any reason

Exceed Robotics Inc. decides the students cannot continue due to reasons discussed with parents or guardian Refund will be made at full amount including all fees and taxes only for the term where student leaves the curriculum.

We remain committed to scheduling ONE make-up class per term

6 seats are available per makeup class, filled on a first-come first-served basis

Make up sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm

Parents should submit a Makeup Request Form, available on our website exceedrobotics.com

All personal information collected by paper or electronically will be kept within Exceed Robotics and will not be disclosed to anyone for soliciting purposes. The information is accessible by Exceed Robotics staff to contact families or schedule classes.

Exceed Robotics Inc. will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions only.

Exceed Robotics Inc. uses a Safesave payments and Vantiv to handle and process online credit card transaction. Exceed Robotics Inc. is not capable of viewing credit card number entered by clients during registration or added to portals.

Exceed Robotics Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of College, State or Federal government business, or under circumstances where disclosure is required by law.
